Conectar\u00e1 las principales ciudades y circuitos tur\u00edsticos de la regi\u00f3n para integrar territorios de gran riqueza natural y cultural al desarrollo tur\u00edstico, ambiental y social en la regi\u00f3n. En 2020 se dar\u00e1 inicio a la construcci\u00f3n de los dos primeros tramos.
